About Tyler

Tyler is an accomplished business executive equipped with natural leadership talents. As a thought leader, he has demonstrated an entrepreneurial ability working as a business accelerator while merging collaborative business ecosystems and developing impactful teams.

 

He is a seasoned business advisor who is passionate about social entrepreneurship. With a strong track record of collaboration with diverse businesses, nonprofits, and First Nations communities across the Prairies and the Northwest Territories, Tyler consistently contributes value to their programs and fosters economic development initiatives.

His professional experience includes oversight of investigation services, physical security, cyber/information security, corporate governance and enterprise risk management. Throughout his career, Tyler has conducted various high-level investigations and consultations on behalf of some of Canada's premier law firms, businesses, governments and corporations, including speaking engagements with law societies, nonprofits, and insurance providers.

 

Tyler holds a designation as a Canadian Certified Fire Investigator and serves as Director and Board Member for the Canadian Association of Fire Investigators. Previously, he served as the Vice President for Calgary Crime Stoppers Association where he worked closely with southern Alberta’s law enforcement partners and Government stakeholders in developing crime reduction initiatives. 

 

Tyler is a licensed Private Investigator and has post-secondary education in Paramedicine (EMS), Information Security, Risk Management, and Applied Police Sciences. As a senior advisor, Tyler currently chairs the information security advisory board at Gray Wolf Analytics Inc., a blockchain analytics and cybersecurity firm founded in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. As the program principal, Tyler leads the information security support services (ISO 27001) offered by Westbridge Canada.
